Provinssissa ensi torstaina esiintyvä Australian hard rock –kone Airbourne valmistelee tien päällä jo uutta materiaalia seuraavaa albumia varten. Yhtyeen edellinen levy ”Breakin’ Outta Hell” ilmestyi viime syyskuussa. Keulamies Joel O´Keeffe kertoo Metal Wanin tuoreessa haastattelussa kiertueen olevan energiatasonsa vuoksi paras ympäristö uusien kappaleiden syntymiselle:
We have been writing on the road, just few things here and there. This tour will basically take us till the end of next month. And then we are back home and after a quick break it’s off to South America for the first time. Then over to Europe and UK again, so we are just writing as we go and then we’ll jump right into the next album. On the road it’s really the best place to work on new songs, especially if you play shows as regularly as we do. You gaze the crowd, feel the energy and then you get inspired.
