It has been a hell of a ride since things didn’t go as we wished for. First of all technology wasn’t on our side this time because we needed to record one song and bunch of other tracks afterwards due to corrupted files. The core reason for these events remain as a mystery, but it was a blessing in the long run since we managed to give some extra flavour to the package – frustration has this ability.
At the middle of the sessions Lauri needed a break to fight with his demons. We have always been a team and it was devastating to hear that he wasn’t doing so well. Fortunately he fighted like a true warrior and he’s back on track again. Take care mate!
We have done everything to bring you the best possible. The record is filled with beautifully haunting melodies packed with layers of goodness, so you might need to spin it a few times to get all out of it. Lyrically the record is about breaking the boundaries of human psyche – there’s another dimension beyond the physical world and you need to peak quite deep to the abyss to realize this.
