Axel Rudi Pell julkaisee uuden albuminsa ”Lost XXIII” 15.4.2022. Albumi sisältää kymmenen kappaletta ja julkaistaan useissa eri formaateissa. Axel on julkaissut tätä ennen 20 albumia 33 vuotta kestäneen soolouransa aikana.
Albumin ensimmäinen single ”Survive” julkaistaan 18.2.2022. Pell kertoo kappaleesta: “I’m confident that my fans will get exactly the kind of song they’ve been waiting for. ‘Survive’ is typical of the ARP band, carried by the fantastic voice of our vocalist Johnny Gioeli.”
Yhtyeessä vaikuttaa Pellin lisäksi vokalisti Johnny Gioeli, basisti Volker Krawczak, kosketinsoittaja Ferdy Doernberg ja rumpali Bobby Rondinelli (ex- Rainbow).
Albumin toinen single ”Down On The Streets” julkaistaan 25.3.3033. “Thin Lizzy could have had a finger in that particular pie,” Pell kertoo ja jatkaa: “The lyric is about tough life on the streets.”
