Ahvenanmaalainen thrash-yhtye Torp on julkaissut uuden cover-version Metal Churchin alun perin vuonna 1984 ilmestyneestä nimikappaleesta. Vuodesta 2009 toiminnassa ollut bändi on tarjoillut aiemminkin cover-materiaalia ja tehnyt metalliversion mm. Backstreet Boysin ”Everybody” – hitistä.

Torp is a old school thrash metal band from the rugged Åland islands, between Finland and Sweden. In the cold winter we create our depressing music, just as grey, cold and angry as the winter winds at the seas that surrounds us and keeps us hostages for months.
